Is your New Year’s Resolution every year to “Eat healthier and get smarter about nutrition.”?  Are you tired of all the conflicting information regarding what foods to eat?  And what type of diet is most beneficial for seniors?  Let’s get it right in 2024. This 6-week workshop will answer those questions and much more!  Participants will gain a better understanding of nutrition and how food choices can help manage chronic diseases, improve brain health, and weight management.
