Benson Complex Facility Rental


Owned and operated by Fulton County Government, the Dorothy C. Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex is a public facility and as such may be used by the public after general operating hours. The Benson Complex offers its dining hall and gazebo as a Rental Facility on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. All proceeds go to the Friends of Benson, Inc. A non-profit 501c3 fundraising organization. The Multipurpose hall is available for a variety of social functions including, but not limited to: Corportate Parties; Weddings; Costume Parties; Birthday Parties; Meetings; Anniversaries; etc...

Rates are for no more then 8-hour periods of time between the hours of 6:00pm-12:00 midnight on Friday and 9:00am-12:00 midnight on Saturday and Sunday (as established in the Rental Request form) and must include set up and break down time. There will be a $32.00/ hour charge for each hour of use in excess of the initial 8-hour period of time not to exceed midnight.


Provided in the fee are:


» A Security Guard for the duration of the rental

» An Event Coordinator for the duration of the event

» Porter Staff for light clean-up duty after the event

» Use of a catering kitchen


Availability is on first come first serve basis. A refundable deposit is required to hold the date. A rental Agreement must be completed, submitted to Rental Coordinator and approved by the Facility Manager.
